We are looking for an experienced consultant to develop our lettings business and build long-term relationships with landlords and tenants.

Responsibilities
- Sourcing and presenting properties
- Analysing rental levels and advising clients
- Preparing and updating listings
- Qualifying enquiries and arranging viewings
- Negotiating and coordinating documents and handover
- Keeping client information up to date and working with the team
Requirements
- Proven experience in lettings
- Knowledge of the Sofia property market
- Communication and negotiation skills
- Self-organisation and follow-through on tasks
- Professional conduct and confidentiality
