Clients are buying a 2-bedroom apartment with an area of 85 sq. m. on Graf Ignatiev Str.I needed to find a nice and spacious two-bedroom apartment in the center of Sofia, in a well-maintained building, but not one of the new boutique constructions. We looked at over 10 places until we settled on a hidden gem located on one of Sofia's most prestigious streets, and at the same time, when you enter the apartment, you cannot feel that you are living on one of the busiest streets in the capital.
