Documents and access for agricultural land
Example project
Demonstration only — not a completed IM-Development project.
An illustrative example for heirs who want to understand what they own before deciding whether to sell.
- Property type
- Agricultural field
- Location
- Not specified (hypothetical)
Objective
To clarify which documents exist, which are missing and what questions surround access to the land.
Starting point
In this example there is an old title deed and a certificate of heirs, but the boundaries on site are unclear and the field is reached across a neighbouring property.
Illustrative sequence of work
- 01Collecting and organising the documents available.
- 02A cadastral lookup compared with the description in the title deed.
- 03A site visit noting how access actually works in practice.
- 04Referral to a lawyer on the legal basis for access and to a surveyor if needed.
Expected outcome (illustrative)
The expected deliverable is a summary of the documents and a list of questions for a lawyer. It is not a legal opinion and does not describe a real property.
